We'd like to get a nanny support group up and running.  The idea is that play groups are great (and we're working on that too!) but you also need a time for yourself with other nannies when your "charges" aren't with you -- an adult nanny time!

What are your thoughts - interested?  Can you host such an event once a year? 

I would love to have a nanny support group once a week or even once a month.

I think we all need some "adult" time after working with kids all day. I just discovered this board. Can we try getting a group of girls togeter?:)

I think that this is a great idea- a nannys night off per se- I also would love to host sometime.

I don't know if this is PC, but I have been in a nanny support group and we go to movies, go out for a few light drinks, softball games, etc. I have met some great nannies and they have helped me through some troubled times with the family I work for.
